Thriveletyx is designed for youth athletes between the ages of 8 and 16. By registering, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the athlete and that the athlete meets this age requirement.

We collect the athlete's display name, date of birth, email address, and optional parent/guardian email. We also store journal entries — the star ratings, the options tapped, and any free text or voice note the athlete writes — along with ritual completion data and points earned during the program.

You consent to the athlete's journal entries being processed automatically, including by artificial intelligence, to produce the Weekly AI Insights and skill summaries shown to the assigned coach. This analysis reads the athlete's star ratings, tapped options, and the free text or voice notes they write, and it may show short quotes from those entries next to the athlete's display name.

Insights are shown only to the athlete's assigned coach and academy administrator — the same people who can already read the journal itself. They summarise the cohort to help a coach spot who needs support; they are not medical, psychological, or diagnostic advice, and a coach is expected to use their own judgment alongside them. Journal data is never used to train third-party AI models, and is never sold or shared for advertising.

Automated analysis of the journal is part of how the coaching program works, so it cannot be switched off while the account is active. If you no longer consent to it, you may withdraw consent by requesting deletion of the athlete's account and data (see Right to Deletion below), or by emailing support@thriveletyx.app.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Athlete profiles are visible only to the assigned coach and academy administrator. We do not sell or share data with third parties, and this applies equally to the journal data used for AI insights.

By providing a parent email during registration, you consent to receiving a weekly progress summary email. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

The program includes embedded instructional videos hosted on YouTube. Viewing these videos is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

You may request deletion of your athlete's account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@thriveletyx.app. Requests are processed within 7 business days.
